The festival celebrates short fiction and documentary films made by students at public universities, colleges, and high schools in New England.
The Bridge Student Film Festival is run by students in the Film Festival Production course in the Communication department at Bridgewater State University—students jury the films, oversee all logistics, plan the food, create promotional materials, run the social media, produce video content, and everything else that goes with putting on a festival!
The festival is overseen by Festival Director and Associate Professor Dr. Michele Meek.
